I’m Clarissa. A work from home mom of two exuberant young lads (boys) and wife to a very special husband!

Born and bred in South Africa, moving to Portugal to finish school and then the UK; I landed and have built my life with the intention to STAY here in the US!

Life was not complete until I arrived here and met my now husband, James! I could have had such a completely different life if I had not made some of the choices I did, or gone through some of the curve balls life likes to throw at us (but more on that later) –  I wholeheartedly do not regret a THING and am so in love with my life and my family (or the majority of the time according to my husband.)

Whether you are here to hear about that “job they call parenting” with two-under-two, the choices we have to make for our eldest son with a rare disease or just the life of balancing work, mom, wife and friend! I hope you enjoy reading, learning and growing with me (and us) and hands up to all you great mom’s, aunts, grandmothers, dads, uncles, grandfathers, brothers and sista’s who do it all!

Oh and I forgot to mention – for me, all the above is done with a LOT of coffee! So you are welcome anytime for a cuppa – as they say in London!
